How to Finger a Girl Well for The First Time

What are some tips on how to finger a girl well for the first time? Figuring out how to finger a girl well for the first time takes a lot of patience and effort to learn. In order to finger a girl well, you must know where her g-spot is.

Women can have powerful orgasm from g-spot stimulation. If you know where her g-spot is, use your fingers to stimulate it until she has an orgasm.

I can’t stress enough how important it is for you to satisfy your girl in bed by giving her an orgasm. And one of the best ways to make her orgasm is to use your fingers.

Now, let me share with you some tips to finger a girl well for the first time:

Tip one: Get her ready. Don’t just go jamming your fingers inside her. It wouldn’t be present at all. Take your time to arouse her. Stimulate her erogenous zones such as neck, breasts, spine, inner thighs and earlobes with your hands and tongue. When she is sufficiently aroused, her vagina becomes wet and she will enjoy your fingering more.

Tip two: Get ready for insertion. Make sure your finger is moist before your insert it into her vagina. Insert your index finger into her with your palm facing upward.

Tip three: Locate her g-spot. The g-spot is located at the front wall of her vagina. To find it, make a “come here” motion with your finger. Try to feel for a rough patch. Once you find it, apply pressure to it and it should become more solid and bigger. That is the g-spot.

Tip four: Apply consistent pressure to the g-spot. The g-spot reacts to pressure not touches. To make your girl feel good, press and rub it hard.

Tip five: Don’t only use your finger. While fingering her, use your tongue or the other hand to stimulate her erogenous zones such as the clitoris to make her orgasm faster. The clitoris is very sensitive as it contains more than 8,000 nerve endings. If you know how to stimulate it correctly, you can give your girl a double orgasms: clitoral and g-spot orgasms.

However, knowing how to finger a girl well is not enough… you must be able to satisfy her during intercourse by lasting long enough.

Are you lasting long enough? If you are not lasting at least 10 minutes during intercourse, your girl will be disappointed. Download the free report below for tips to last longer in bed. No cost.

3 Incredible Foreplay Techniques – Sexual Bliss For Your Woman

Ok, so you need a little help in the foreplay area… well hopefully these foreplay techniques will provide you with some new great techniques. This is the third and final entry in my foreplay guide (for now at least)… so feel free to check out my previous entries as well.

These are all sexual techniques I use on a regularly, and quite frequently I get comments on how good I am with my hands, and how enjoyable it was. Am I trying to show off? No… I’m just saying this stuff works, and it works well. If you apply these techniques, sexual pleasure awaits your woman.

Now if you’ve read my other articles, you’ll know I’m big on lots of foreplay. You can’t just dive into things and start going for her genitals without getting her ready. First off, if she’s not ready it’s not going to be pleasurable for her, and second, it will take much more to get her to orgasm. Anticipation is the key here.

Ok, so your girl’s ready… she’s wet… she’s breathing hard… she wants more… what do you do? Well check out these three awesome techniques for her sexual pleasure.

Sexual Technique #1 – The Come Hither

Ok, so you don’t just want to go shoving your fingers straight in there and hurting always start off gently. Run your finger up and down her genitals a couple times, and gently try to part her “lips”. Once you’ve done so, very slowly insert two fingers (I generally use the index and middle finger, but you may prefer the middle finger and ring finger).

Again, start off slowly moving your fingers straight in and out a few times. Now… the “come hither”. Once your fingers are all the way in, gently curl them upwards, and pull them backwards (not all the way out). Again… in straight… curl up, and back. If you do this motion in the air, you’ll see why it’s called the come hither… like telling someone to come to you.

Now the goal here is to put some pressure on her upper vaginal wall, as this can be a very pleasurable area for her, and it’s where the g-spot is located. When first starting, go very very gently… too much pressure and you’ll cause pain, or she just won’t be ready for it. You can really build up some good speed and pressure here, but make sure she’s ok… simply ask her… “Are you ok? Do you want me to go faster? Harder?”. What better way to know what she wants.

Sexual Technique #2 – The Finger Flutter

This technique again has to do with putting pressure on her upper vaginal wall. As your fingers are already inside her, go in fairly deep. Now simply “flutter” your fingers up and down (there is no in and out motion here). In contrast to the come hither where you’re bending your fingers at the second knuckle (the one closest to the tip of your finger), here your fingers remain straight and you bend them at the first knuckle. Imagine the first knuckle acting as a hinge to simply move your fingers up and down.

You’ll want to experiment with speed and position here. The girl you’re with may like this done super deep, or she may like it shallow… or she may like both! Who knows… judge by her breathing and moaning (and what she tells you of course).

Sexual Technique #3 – The Squirter

Now as the name implies, this technique may induce a little squirting… caution! Actually the other techniques may as well, but this one is the most likely to do so. Some women are able to squirt very easily (generally older women), while other can’t at all, or aren’t sure how to control this ability yet. So don’t expecting squirting 100% here, but it may happen.

OK so what to do. Insert your fingers fairly deep, and curl them upwards (as in the come hither). Now simple move your entire hand up and down so you’re hitting the upper wall over and over. Start gently so you know that your woman likes it. I know this technique seems so crude, but trust me… some women just love it.

I’m often amazed at how hard and fast I can go when using this technique… it can get going very hard and very fast. You’d think it would cause pain, but she’s moaning in ecstasy.

Experiment with speed, pressure, and position with all three of the above techniques. Judge whether she’s into it based on her breathing, moaning, and what she tells you. If you’ve never been with a certain girl before, be sure to ask if she’s OK and whether she likes it or not… this is the only sure way you’re going to know.

Alright guys… put these techniques to action, and get those orgasms going!

The Purpose of Music

Music is a form of art which plays an important part of our everyday life. Throughout human history, even in the old ages, people used some forms of instrument to create music, as a means of entertainment. Though, is entertainment the only purpose for music in our lives? Maybe most of us never noticed, but music can affect our mood, our productivity and also the way how we feel.

Music as a political tool

One of music’s best qualities is that it can unite a number of people closer together, to support a single aim. In 1985, music was the means that united the whole world against world poverty. Thanks to the success of Live Aid concerts, in 2005, Bob Geldof did it again, and organized another worldwide concert, Live Aid. This time he wanted the whole world to send a message to all the G8 world leaders to “Make Poverty History”. The event consisted in 10 concerts all around the world, 150 bands and 1250 musicians. Apart from concerts, there were a couple of other concerts and songs released from groups of international artists to deliver messages and raise awareness.

Music helps you concentrate and relax

Although classical music is not in everyone’s good books, it can help a person relax and concentrate. There’ve been studies that proved that if pregnant women listen to classical music; it simulates the babies’ minds. Apart from that, the woman herself will relax; therefore the baby will relax as well. Low volume classical music can help everyone concentrate, be more productive in an office, and at the same time keep a relaxed mood. A person is more productive when he listens to some relaxing music in the office, such as classical music. It is also proven that when a person listens to loud and fast music, such as house and techno music, it is much harder to concentrate on what is being done.

Music to motivate you

Ever noticed that at the gym they always play music? Fast, loud music helps you get the energy you need when tired, to give that little extra and make proper training. Usually house music is the music of choice during training sessions, because the type of beats used in such music encourages one to move around, and helps you give that little bit extra to make some proper much needed training after a day at the office.

Music as an artist’s medium

And what about music in films and animations or cartoons? To really appreciate this, try to watch an old movie without background music, and notice that you won’t get into the film itself as much as you do in today’s film. A simple test to see the effect of music on humans while watching a film is a scary movie. If there is a part of the movie where people shout and scream, most of the time is the music used in the film that prepares the human brains that something scary is going to happen. Try to watch a scary movie but without sound, will you get scared as much as you did when you watched it with sound?

As seen above, music plays a very important role in our every day life. Some people might not notice it and they simply live on with this fact, but for people who love music, should start appreciate more every kind of music genre, as they all have their purpose and time in life. There are much more purposes for music in our lives, not only the above, but it would be impossible to list them all. After all, what’s better than some old school soft rock music, while having a beer in a bar next to the sea with some friends?

3 Free Warlock Spells You Can Perform Now

Here are 3 free warlock spells you can perform right now, or with very little preparation. First we need to talk about a few things before we get to the free warlock spells. A warlock, though it has been given a negative meaning, is nothing more than a male witch. Secondly, before we get to the free warlock spells, we need to talk about what makes a spell powerful.

A spell, in and of itself, is not powerful. It is nothing more than things you do and say. The real power in anything is the person doing that thing. Just as the words I love you are more powerful when you actually mean it than it is when you just say it. You must take the time to practice. To learn and grow and develop as a warlock by living the life of a warlock and developing respect with the natural elements and the universal energies.

First Free Warlock Spells – Flying Spell:

This spell is a good step for learning how to levitate yourself and then move onto the ability to fly. Start on the ledge of something. Make sure the ledge is only about 2 or 3 feet tall as you don’t want to get hurt as you practice this spell.

As you stand on the ledge, clear your mind of everything. This spell requires extreme concentration. If you are thinking about getting hurt or fearful you will fail or thinking about anything other than what you are about to do, you will fail. Focus, focus, focus on the task at hand. Once you are clear and ready, just jump off the ledge.

As you jump off the ledge, attempt to put your entire being and mind into it and miss the ground and move up. Imagine yourself floating. Will yourself to float and fly. You must concentrate, concentrate, concentrate. I can’t tell you enough how a small seed of a thought other than floating will ruin the whole deal. This spell of all the wicca free spells included here takes extreme concentration.

Second Free Warlock Spells – Command Others

To have control over others, go to a solitary place where you will not be disturbed. Burn an incense blend of herbs that represent the energies of control and power. As you do so, recite the following incantation:

“By the power of heaven and earth

let others hearken to my words

by my will, other will listen and

hearken to my command through my will,

it shall it be done right now.”

Third Free Warlock Spells – Speed Up Time

This will allow you to speed up time and make time go faster. You will need a pen that has been blessed in order to perform this spell. You will also want to burn an incense blend of rose petals. Once you have a blessed pen, draw a pentacle on the palm of your left hand and say the following:

“Sands of time, show me thy way.

Turn nights into days.

Rose petals so light and grace,

Speed up time now in this place.”

Remember that it’s not the free warlock spells that make the magic work, it’s the person casting the spell. Take the time to study and learn and develop respect from the elements if you really wish to be a powerful warlock. It doesn’t just happen, and you can’t just wish it to be so.

After Your Hair Sheds Or Falls Out, How Long Does it Take it to Start Growing Back?

I’m asked this question quite a bit. After going through the trauma of seeing shedding hair all over your clothing and home, many people are more than ready to begin regrowing their hair and to have this process finished and over. People want to know when they should starting looking for small signs of regrowth. Many people will look, see nothing, and worry that their hair just isn’t going to grow back. Knowing the correct time frame will help you to determine if everything is happening as it should. I will discuss this more in the following article.

Typical Hair Regrowth Rates: Sometimes people confess to me that they think hair that has shed out or been involved with telogen effluvium (TE) regrows differently than hair that comes out as part of a normal follicle cycle. This really isn’t entirely accurate. Once a hair comes out of the follicle, it generally then reverts back to the growing phrase (so long as there is not some autoimmune or androgen mechanism taking place as in disorders like alopecia areata or AGA where the follicle is being attacked or compromised.) So, once the shaft is forced out of your scalp and falls out, then the follicle will begin it’s regrowth phase and this process happens quite rapidly.

However, what’s not so rapid or fast is human hair regrowth rates. For most people, this is about 1/2 a millimeter per day so that over a month’s time, you’re looking at about 1/2 inch or regrowth. A good rule of thumb is that most people should start seeing decent levels of regrowth at around 2 – 3 months after the worst shedding took place. Some people see this earlier and some see this later, but 1/2 inch per month is considered typical or average.

If you’re not seeing any new hairs coming in, try spraying some dry shampoo right at the top of your head by the part line (or any other area where you’ve been particularly hard hit.) This will coat your strands and should make those new regrowth strands that are just coming in stand out from the rest. Yes, these hairs will be quite short, but if you give them a little time, eventually they will begin to fill in and to give you some volume. In about six months to a year, your hair should resume a normal appearance.

Another thing to try to see the new hairs is to pull your hair straight back or to comb it forward or against the grain. This will make those new little hairs stand up where you should be able to see them. So what happens if you’re not seeing anything? You may have somewhat slower grow rates. Recheck every week. Hopefully, in the next few weeks you should begin to see some little sprouts coming in. If you don’t, you may want to consider that perhaps your hair loss was caused by something other than TE or common shedding.

Because in TE or seasonal shedding, the follicle is just being reset into the shedding phrase, but nothing has happened to damage it. There are other causes of hair loss (like androgenic alopecia or AGA) that will compromise regrowth. Another potential indication that something else might be going on is seeing miniaturized or very fine or flyaway regrowth that is coming in, but not really providing any volume or coverage.

Graduated Cylinders, Pipettes, Burettes – Know The Difference

Some people are not really aware of the different uses of glassware in chemistry. Knowing about the different varieties of glassware can help you in selecting which is right for your situation. So, if you’re thinking on doing any chemistry work it is important to be able to tell the differences between measuring cylinders, burettes, and measuring cylinders.

Graduated cylinders are great for the measurement of bulk volumes. They have many advantages compared to burettes and pipettes. Burettes allow for dispensing larger volumes than a pipette. The purpose of measuring cylinders is not the dispensing of liquids but they can contain a larger volume than the aforementioned two. They are designed to indicate exactly how much liquid the cylinder contains. This is why they are calibrated from the bottom to the top. A burette, on the other hand, is designed to display how much liquid it is dispensing. This is why it is calibrated from top to bottom. Pipettes can only measure a very specific volume, whereas graduated cylinders and burettes are capable of measuring any volume up to their maximum capacity.

A negative aspect of pipettes is that due to their calibration they are read from top to bottom. The fact that they are read from top to bottom makes them slightly more susceptible to human error. This is why it is a good idea to be aware of what glassware you’re using and pick the glassware that best suits your need. If you’re having trouble using burettes you can use a graduated cylinder in order to more easily read the amount of liquid being measured. The marks on the cylinder are also generally considered easier to read.

There are a variety of different sizes of graduated cylinders. The most typical sizes are 10ml, 25ml, 100ml, 500ml, and all the way up to 2 liters. Measuring cylinders are sometimes used in order to handle the volume of liquid required. If accuracy is what you’re after you should use a measuring cylinder. So, in any case that you can a graduated cylinder is generally regarded as more desirable, but if the situation doesn’t call for the most extreme of accuracy, or if other means may be suitable you can always use a pipette or burette.

Knowing the difference in glassware is important for anyone that intends to study in the field. Everyone from students to professionals needs to make sure that they’re familiar in order to be successful. This is why chemistry classes test their students in the differences between all of the equipment early on in their studies because it is vital information that is important to have memorized.

Step By Step Directions for Milking the Prostate

The prostate is a gland of the male reproductive system. It is not found in women. Its primary function is the production of seminal fluid, and it also stimulates orgasm in males. The prostate gland can be affected by disease, including infectious inflammation or prostatitis, and prostate cancer, the second most deadly cancer among American males. Many people recommend milking the prostate regularly as a preventative treatment against prostate cancer and prostatitis.

Prostate milking is also referred to as prostate massage. It is a fairly simple procedure and you can do it yourself if you want to. Here are the steps to take in milking the prostate on your own:

1. Perform urination or a bowel movement in order to maximize the relaxation of the area.

The problem in such cases is that the act of milking the prostate may cause the infection to spread to other areas of the body.
