I used the black face paint on my face and the gel liner on my eyes and mouth. If you have blue shadow, red lipstick and black gel liner, you don’t need the face paint palette. Also, liner brushes are a MUST for this look.

For the white base I used the white from the Makeup Forever 12 Flash color case: http://www.makeupforever.com/us/en-us/make-up/artistic/flash-colors/12-flash-color-case?sku=4796
for contour you can use any type of bronzer you like, i used Too Faced Chocolate Soleil Matte Bronzer: https://www.toofaced.com/p/bronzers/chocolate-soleil/
The Blue eyeshadow I used was “Electric Eel” by MAC.
for the blue tears i used the light blue from Makeup Forever Flash Case, and for the eyebrows I used the Black.
The pink lipstick is “Schiap” by NARS.
For the Hair Color spray I used Kryolan in gray then neon yellow on top.
I set the entire look with Makeup Forever HD Translucent Powder.
I bought the rhinestones at my local arts and craft store & used DUO eyelash adhesive to stick them on.
